To qualify for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage to the purchased products.

Without providing complete video proof (from opening the sealed package to the end — without edits, cuts, or filters), the return request will be immediately declined.

Any product damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling will not be accepted for a refund.

If your return request is approved, please ensure the product is in its original condition, accompanied by all original packaging, including jewelry boxes.

Once the returned product is received and verified, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed to the same bank account used for the purchase.
