All products are shipped through India Post for both domestic and international deliveries.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please ensure that you provide your complete address and an active contact number. The delivery agent may contact you for coordination — please remain available to receive calls.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, you will be required to pay the shipping charge as a reshipping charge. No refund will be issued for returned or undelivered packages.

Deliveries to northern, western, or eastern regions of India may take longer since shipments are dispatched from Kerala.

We use SHIPROCKET for our delivery services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking ID and tracking link. It is your responsibility to track your parcel and ensure availability at the time of delivery.

We use third-party courier services (not owned by THE RIZ COLLECTIVE), so we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier partner once the parcel has been dispatched.

If there is no unboxing video, any complaints regarding damage or missing items will be declined without exception. The unboxing video must start by showing the entire parcel (360° view) and continue without cuts, edits, or trims.

Unforeseen courier delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or regional disruptions.

For urgent orders, please contact us in advance via WhatsApp (+91 773 676 7733) and mention your expected delivery date. If a private courier service is used, shipping charges may vary accordingly.

For international orders, please contact us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (+91 773 676 7733) for shipping quotes and assistance.

International deliveries may be subject to additional fees, depending on the weight and destination country.

Please double-check your delivery details, including PIN code and phone number, before submitting your order. Once your order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.
